Manuscript Guidelines Consider the
coverage list of topics, above. Typical article lengths range from 1000-2000
words. Indicate on your manuscript the general topic area that it concerns.
Manuscripts may be submitted electronically or on disk. Save the manuscript
copy in Microsoft Word if possible, or text only. Send the article as an e-mail
attachment, and not embedded in the e-mail message body. Mail disks to
Telemedicine Today, 660 Hampshire Road, Suite 200, Westlake Village, CA, 91361.
A disk with the manuscript saved in Microsoft Word, or text only, is preferred.
Please include a hard copy of the manuscript along with the disk. Manuscripts
will not be returned. Please alert the editor to availability of any
photographic art that might be useful in accompanying the article.
Style The manuscript title page should
include the full name and title of the authors, as well as phone, fax, and
e-mail contact information.
Define all symbols, abbreviations, and
acronyms on first reference.
All manuscripts should be written in a
third-person style, unless the article is specifically an editorial or column.
Editing and Printing Telemedicine Today
reserves the right to edit, revise, and abridge contributions to conform to our
editorial standards and style. A copy of the edited text will be sent back to
the author for approval prior to publication.
The editor does not
guarantee publication of an article in any specific issue: publication may be
delayed due to space or other editorial considerations.
